Established in 2004, the endoscopy center at Long Island Digestive Disease Consultants provides quality endoscopic care for our patients, and has been designed for your safety, comfort and privacy. We are proud to announce that we are accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care. The center is staffed by a team led by our seven board certified gastroenterologists, and includes anesthesiologists, recovery room nurses, and highly skilled endoscopy technicians. Our experienced Registered Nurses will care for you before and after your procedure in our comfortable pre-procedure and recovery area. Individual pre-procedure and recovery rooms ensure your privacy throughout your experience with us. Sedation will be administered by anesthesiologists who will ensure that your endoscopy or colonoscopy will be a painless and comfortable experience. Our two fully equipped procedure suites allow our staff to carefully monitor you during the procedure, utilizing state-of-the-art monitoring and the latest endoscopic technology available today.
